John Remus is a freelance photographer and photojournalist based in sunny Southern California. Currently his work takes him all over the United States for various clients and will soon also include international clients as well. John is available worldwide for nearly any project you feel his style and photographic eye will fit.

During 2009 John handled photography for K&N Filters and AEM Induction Systems - two of the biggest names in the automotive and powersports world. While on staff he brought both companies up to a higher standard of photography throughout their advertising imagery down to their news articles. He also recently wrapped up their 2011 calendar which is set to debut in it's final version at SEMA 2010.

John has also worked closely with many other major clients and companies. Those include, but aren't limited to, Rockstar Energy, Monster Energy, Verizon Wireless, Traveler's Insurance, Falken Tires, NOS Energy, Jaegermeister, etc.

John's background started in film production and editing before shifting to photography full time. He has a degree in Photojournalism from Central Michigan University. While in Michigan John won multiple statewide awards both at college and professional levels, as well as being recognized by the University for his accomplishments in photography.
His style has adopted a mix of color and lighting but carries an eveness throughout everything he shoots - something he attributes to his training as a journalist.
